ULTIMATE WRESTLING and I want to sincerely thank all the wrestling fans who came and enjoyed the "St. Patty's Massacre" show. Now,onto the match-by-match results from the Saturday,March 1st ULTIMATE WRESTLING "St.Patty's Massacre" show from P'Cola,Florida..... MATCH 1:"The UN-Touchable" Jester McKain vs. Cruze The opening bout from the ULTIMATE WRESTLING "St.Patty's Massacre" show was between "The UN-Touchable" Jester McKain as he took on Cruze. Cruze had the match well under control from the getgo with a vast onslaught of offensive wrestling and aerial moves that befuddled and frustreated Jester McKain. However,it wasn't too long before McKain battled his waay back monting an offense of his own. Near the end of the match,Cruze got on the top rope and jumped off the top rope connecting with his top rope elbow drop called "The Cruze Missile". But,surprisingly enough,Jester McKain kicked out before the count of 3 due to a slight hesitation by Cruze as he attempted to cover McKain for the apparent 1-2-3 pin. A short while later,Jester McKain grabbed Cruze. Having him in his clutches,McKain bellowed out to the crowd his own moniker before he finished him off by dropping him hard down to the canvas with a single leg trip/uranage slam combo. "The UN-Touchable" Jester McKain covered Cruze for the 1-2-3 victory. UP NEXT....MATCH 2.... "SHOOTER" vs. "SHOOTER"(?)....... MATCH 2:"Shooter" Mike Jacobs vs. Shooter Jackson (w/Col.Tex Galento & Ilissa) The 2nd match on the card was a match that can be so aptly titled: "SHOOTER" vs. "SHOOTER" This match was between "Shooter" Mike Jacobs as he took on Shooter Jackson, whom was being accompanied to the ring by his manager Colonel Tex Galento and The Colonel's brand new Personal Assistant, the "Amazingly Alluring" Ilissa. Long before the match commenced,Mike Jacobs got on the microphone expressing in bitter candor his absolute disdain and complete, total disgust for Shooter Jackson as both a wrestler and for Jackson calling himself "Shooter",a claim that Jacobs says pertaining to Jackson's case is an absolute fraud. Jackson entered the ring with bravado and immense decibel deafening adoration from the majority of the fans outside the ring as he played the crowd into an exuberant frenzy. The match ensued as both men went at each other matching one another move for move, hold for hold and counter for counter. This particular one-on-one encounter was a pure scientifc match of its very utmost with numerous high flying maneuvers added into the mix as well. Shooter Jackson defeated "Shooter" Mike Jacobs by disqualification due to Jacobs' refusal to adhere to the referee's commands from relinquishing his submission hold reminiscent of a Robert Fuller leg lock. Following the match,"Shooter" Mike Jacobs continued to further damage the left knee of Shooter Jackson and had that painful submission hold on for several minutes until all of the members of Ultimate Wrestling security went into the ring to removed and to restrain Mike Jacobs from inflicting any more further damage. As Shooter Jackosn was screaming and writhing in pain,Mike Jacobs got on the microphone and challenged Shooter Jackson to a re-match at next month's "Milestone" show. Though unable to speak for himself,Shooter Jackson's manager Colonel Tex Galento spoke on his behalf and accepted the challenge that was laid forth by "Shooter" Mike Jacobs. Shooter Jackson had to be helped back to the locker room by Ultimate Wrestling security. The extent to his leg injury is not known at this time. However;despite the injury sustained to his left knee, even if Shooter Jackson has to crawl to get into the ring next month to go up against "Shooter" Mike Jacobs, you can be rest assured he will do just that to compete. MATCH 3:"The Golden One" AAron Idol and "The Airman" T.A. Jones vs. The Sin City Saints The 3rd match of the night was a tag team match to determine the number one contenders for the ULTIMATE WRESTLING TYag Team Championship that had The ULTIMATE WRESTLING Southern Heavyweight Champion "The Golden One" Aaron Idol teaming up with "The Airman" T.A. Jones as they went up against one of the most dynamic, high flying, heralded tag teams along the Gulf Coast indy wrestling circuit today;whom by the way was making their ULTIMATE WRESTLING debut,Billy and Scotty Rayz,"The Sin City Saints" (pictured above). Aaron Idol got things going for his team in the early going by giving Billy Rayz three consecutive drop kicks to his left knee, soon following that up with a modified spinning toe hold in an effort to take away the legs out from Billy Rayz from doing any would-be high flying maneuvers that he might have been expected of doing. That would be only temporary as The Sin City Saints fought back and got the momentum swung into their favor with a fast paced tempo executing an array of various double team maneuvers and tremendous teamwork that they have been known for all throughout the Gulf Coast indy wrestling circuit. The progression of "The Airman" T.A. Jones had been nothing short of extraordinary as he continues to get better and better match in and match out. With him being paired up for the very 1st time along with the ULTIMATE WRESTLING Southern Heavyweight Chmapion Aaron Idol, both men as singles wrestlers working together as one making the tag team match a very formidable contest as well as formidable opposition against the team and the caliber of "The Sin City Saints". As the match was drawing near to a close, all four members of each team were battling it out simultaneously with high stakes on the line. In the end though,it was "The Sin City Saints" who emerged victorious as "The Airman" T.A. Jones had Billy Rayz up on his shoulders. Unbeknowst to Jones,it was in the vicinity of Scotty Rayz who jumped off the top rope and the momentum of his move pushed Billy Rayz forward and over T.A. Jones into a crucifix for the 1-2-3 victory. This win has propelled both Scotty and Billy Rayz,a.k.a. "The Sin City Saints" as the 1 contenders for the ULTIMATE WRESTLING Tag Team Championship. MATCH 4:"Mr. Electricity" Jerry Reiner vs. "The Former Sinner" Nick Virtue The 4th match of the night had two competitors that are certainly no strangers to one another, that being "Mr. Electricity" Jerry Reiner taking on the wrestler formerly known as "The Future Icon" Nick Vortex, now known as the repentant that is "The Former Sinner" Nick Virtue. Both men have had their battles in the past at several wrestling organizations along the Gulf Coast indy wrestling circuit through the years where their matches against each other have been fiercely fought and highly competitive when there was no telling as to whom was going to emerge victorious. This match between them at Ultimate Weestling's "St. Patty's Massacre" was going to be no exception. It seems after last month that "The Fromer Sinner" Nick Virtue somewhat found himself to a more higher purpose and even a much higher calling from the once sinful ways and means of his previous former life as being "The Future Icon" Nick Vortex. Nonetheless, the match between these two longtime, formidable foes commenced as both men went back and forth at each other trying to determine which would be the better man in this one-on-one encounter. Duirng the latter stages in the match,Virute nearly broke Reiner in half with a charging running spear. Showing tremendous resiliency,"Mr. Electricity" Jerry Reiner;whom was ranked 419 in the 2007 year-end worldwide wrestling publication of the Pro Wrestling Illustrated 500,battled his way back as he began to pummel Nick Virtue in the corner. Perhaps Reiner's tenacious, competitive nature and maybe his temper may have gotten the better of him as during his pummeling of Virtue in the corner,he accidentally elbowed referee Frog Lane in the eye temporarily blinding his vision. This gave the ofttimes oppurtunistic "Former Sinner" Nick Virtue an opening to get his Good Book and crossed the running lights of Jerry Reiner striking him down with "The Word according to Nick Virtue". He ditched his Good Book out of the ring as the referee came to and he covered and pinned Jerry Reiner for the tawdry 1-2-3 victory. MATCH 5/Maze vs. Justin Stone The 5th match of Ultimate Wrestling's "St. Patty's Massacre" was for the Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship as the champion "The Bruiserweight" Maze defended against the challenger Justin Stone. Long before the match even began,Ultimate Wrestling acknowledged the presence of former WWE superstar and one of the original members whom very briefly was a part of the faction known as Team Angle,Jason Sugarman. Sugarman made an appearance in the ring complimenting the great show and the great roster of wrestling talent that Ultimate Wrestling had. Everything was smooth sailing until the Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight Champion Maze came inot the ring to interrupt Jason Sugarman's time that was allocated to him by Ultimate Wrestling. Maze called Sugarman a washed-up has-been and other unpleasantries. As Sugarman was about to exit the ring to return to his ringside seat,Maze hit the massive back of Sugarman from behind. The blinsided blow by Maze did not even effect Jason Sugarman in the slightest. When Maze turned around thinking that he knocked out Jason Sugarman,Sugarman retaliated and gave Maze a double underhook spinning Tiger bomb dropping Maze like a bad habit to the canvas. Maze favored both the back of his head and his lower back as he was in immense pain. Unbeknowst to Maze and despite the pain that he was suffering, the powers-that-be at Ultimate Wrestling scheduled him to defend his Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight title against Justin Stone. Maze did give it a valiant effort in defense of his Cruiserweight Championship in spite of the fact that he was favoring the lower lumbar region of his back. But,in the end,it was Justin Stone who finished off his adversary with a Death Valley Driver and a 1-2-3 victory to become the new Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight Champion. MATCH 6....BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES.... "Brutal" JOE GIBSON vs. "The Future Legend" D.J. PRINGLE........IN A TEXAS BULLROPE MATCH!!! Originally from my last post,I told all of you who may be reading this that Match 6 was going and supposed to be the Texas Bullrope Match between "Brutal" Joe Gibson vs. "The Future Legend" D.J. Pringle. That was a mistake on my part and for that,I apologize to all of you who may have been misled. But,after all,we're only human beings and from time to time,we all do make mistakes. MATCH 6/"Blacksheep" Bobby Doll & Robert Gibson vs. Double Trouble The 6th match of the ULTIMATE WRESTLING "St. Patty's Massacre" show was a tag team match to crown the 1st ever ULTIMATE WRESTLING Tag Team Champions. Firt to come out was the former Commissioner of Ultimate Wrestling,"Blacksheep" Bobby Doll who was accopmpanied to the ring by his mentor,Uncle Jim. Earlier in the evening,Doll removed himself of his duties as Ultimate Wrestling Commmissioner and relinquished his powers as Commissioner over to the new Commissioner,Kiel Sasso. Doll also had some choice words to say to the hundreds upon hundreds of Ultimate Wrestling fans at ringside;to that which Doll boisterously claimed that "Ultimate Wrestling and its fans NEED him!". Doll also heard a not so popular (at least, not to him),but familiar chant to him that has not been said nor heard for so many, many years as most of the majority of the crowd in unison chanted: "BARBIE DOLL!"BARBIE DOLL!". Doll then introduced his tag team partner for this contest and it was none other than an 8-time former co-holder of the NWA World Tag Team Championship and 1/2 of arguably one one of the greatest tag teams in wrestling history,Pensacola,FL native Robert Gibson of The Rock N' Roll Express. Despite his obstinate attitude towards the Ultimate Wrestling fans,Doll could not have found a more suitable nor more qualified partner than Robert Gibson in this tag team encounter as the both of them took on the team from The Lone Star State of Texas,Double Trouble Chris James and Tony Vega;whom were accompanied to the ring by their manager,Colonel Tex Galento and Galento's Personal Assistant, the "Amazingly Alluring" Ilissa. As the match ensued, both Chris James and Tony Vega made frequent in-and-out tags working extensively on the left arm of Bobby Doll. But,both Blacksheep Bobby Doll and Robert Gibson combatted Double Trouble's surge in momentum by making frequent in-and-out "blind" tags unbeknowst to the referee's knowledge taking undue advantage of their tag team opposition;particularly and primarily on Chris James by diversion, trickery and treachery with double teaming whenever the referee's back was turned. Near the end of the match, all the members of each team were in the ring at the same time engaging each other in a Pier 6 brawl. When it appeared that Tony Vega had Bobby Doll pinend for an apparent 1-2-3 roll-up,Robert Gibson came in,grabbed Tony Vega's from behind and threw him over the top rope. Double Trouble won the match via disqualification, but not the Ultimate Wrestling Tag Team belts due to the referee's decision that a championship belt cannot be won nor change hands by a DQ,but only by either a pinfall or a submission. The referee also held up the Ultimate Wrestling Tag Team Championship. A re-match has been signed for Blacksheep Bobby Doll and Robert Gibson to take on once again the team of Double Trouble on the Ultimate Wrestling 1 year anniversary show called "Milestone" taking place on April 5th at the American Legion Post 33 in downtown Pensacola,FL where the 1st ever Ultimate Wrestling Tag Team Champions will be officially crowned. MATCH 7/"Brutal" Joe Gibson vs. "The Future Legend" D.J. Pringle The 7th match of the night was not only the semi main event, but it was also one of the most talked about, highly anticipated match-ups of the night as Hellfire Club member "Brutal" Joe Gibson took on "The Future Legend" D.J. Pringle......IN A TEXAS BULLROPE MATCH!!! These two men have been feuding each other at Ultimate Wrestling for the past several months and in many ways they wanted to settle their heated rivalry once and for all in a Texas Bullrope Match. In a Texas Bullrope Match, each opponent is shackled to one end of the Texas bullrope with a leather cuff. Every inch of the 12 foot rope can be used as a weapon. The rope can be used any way either man sought fit to use it without any remorse, compassion nor consequence. The great equalizer in this match was in the dead center of the bull rope which there was a 7-pound cowbell. Within easy reach of both combatants, one could very easily split open an opponent's forehead with its sharp, open edges;which eventually turned out to be the case when Gibson and Pringle went at it. In this particular match, there were no pinfalls,no countouts,no submissions and no disqualifications. The only way a winner would be determined in this match is for either "Brutal" Joe Gibson or "The Future Legend" D.J. Pringle to touch all 4 turnbuckle pads in each other in succession. Basically, throw the rulebook out the window when it came to this type of match because this match was not for the faint of heart and what it all came down to was an absolute physical, bloody, violent, hard hitting fight to the finish. Both "Brutal" Joe Gibson and "The Future Legend" D.J. Pringle pulled out all the stops as they went back and forth nonstop beating the living daylights out of one another as they went full bore with hard hitting action both inside and outside the ring. Near the end of the match,"Brutal" Joe Gibson touched the 1st three turnbuckle pads one corner after another. Unbeknowst to him,so did D.J. Pringle right behind him. As Gibson reached to touch the 4th corner in succession,he was upended by D.J. Pringle as D.J. Pringle clotheslined him over the top rope in which Gibson landed hard down onto the wooden floor of the American Legion Post 33. Thus,D.J. Pringle touched the last corner in succession to win the Texas Bullrope Match. After regaining consciousness,Joe Gibson came to the ring with a wooden chair attempting to hit D.J. Pringle with it. In a very shocking turns of events,Joe Gibson laid down the wooden chair and extended his hand out to D.J. Pringle in a true sign of sportsmanship and mutual respect. Pringle extended his hand out to Gibson and both men shook hands and embraced each other in the center of the ring to a standing ovation by the hundreds upon hundreds of Ultimate Wrestling fans in the audience. MATCH 8/Red "The Enforcer" Anderson vs. OMEGA (w/Vain) The final match of the ULTIMATE WRESTLING "St. Patty's Massacre" was a non-title match as the leader of the Hellfire Club and former General Manager of ULTIMATE WRESTLING Red "The Enforcer" Anderson as he went up against the ULTIMATE WRESTLING Heavyweight Champion Omega, whom was accompanied to the ring by his extremely beautiful manager,"The 7th Deadly Sin" and "THE ULTIMATE DIVA Of ULTIMATE WRESTLING",Vain. Within the past month, there has been bad blood and a lot of animosity brewing between The Hellfire Club and Omega. The Hellfire Club has tried every ways and means to destroy Omega in an attempt to remove the ULTIMATE WRESTLING Championship from around his waist. Earlier in the show, both Omega and Red "The Enforcer" Anderson confronted each other in the middle of the ring and began to trade fisticuffs. Newly named ULTIMATE WRESTLING Commissioner Kiel Sasso officially made the main event match that night a non-title match between Omega vs. Red "The Enforcer" Anderson. Sasso made two stipulations for that match: (1)If Red "The Enforcer" Anderson won the match over Omega, then he would be granted the opportunity to get a title shot for The ULTIMATE WRESTLING Heavyweight Championship at any time of his choosing. However..... (2)If Red "The Enforcer" Anderson lost the match to Omega, then he would be fired from ULTIMATE WRESTLING. Needless to say, there were a lot of high stakes involved in this match and especially in the case of Red "The Enforcer" Anderson. Nonetheless, the match did take place as Red Anderson went at Omega. But,the resilient ULTIMATE WRESTLING Heavyweight Champion Omega battled his way back giving Anderson more than he could handle. <BR>DURING Red Anderson got some outside help as one of the other members of The HellFire Club "The Man-God" CzR ran to the ring to attack Omega. Little did both Red Anderson and CzR know that Omega had somebody watching his back as his friend and ally,"Redneck" Steve Fury ran to the ring to even the odds, even though he was taken out by CzR as CzR put Fury in his finishing move called "The WishMaster". Omega finally got his revenge for the fireball that Red "The Enforcer" Anderson threw to his face a month ago as when Anderson grabbed Omega by his throat,he sprayed out from his mouth his debilitating, blinding green mist into the eyes of Red "The Enforcer" Anderson. Omega then covered Red "The Enforcer" Anderson in a lateral press and hooked his leg for the 1-2-3 victory as the crowd went ecstaticly wild (minus Mr. Internet,The Gargoyle and a few notable others-no disrespect to any of you guys of course). As a result of Red "The Enforcer" Anderson losing the fall and the match to Omega with the stipulation that was made earlier in the evening by ULTIMATE WRESTLING Commissioner Kiel Sasso,ULTIMATE WRESTLING Chief Executive Officer Alexander Hearse III came to the ring with a microphone in his hand and told Red "The Enforcer" Anderson the words that he did not want to hear: "YOU'RE FIRED!". All of the members of ULTIMATE WRESTLING security escorted Red "The Enforcer" Anderson out of the American Legion Post 33 building as the action packed and the highly energetic, exhilarating ULTIMATE WRESTLING "St. Patty's Massacre" drew to a close. The ULTIMATE WRESTLING Heavyweight Champion Omega (w/Vain) may have won this battle, but the war between him and The Hellfire Club is far, far, far from over because this weekend at the Culture Shock Wrestling (CSW) show "Unified" at the Community Center on Highway 90 East in Mossy Head,FL, Hellfire Club members Red "The Enforcer" Anderson and "The Man-God" CZR will be taking on "Redneck" Steve Fury and the ULTIMATE WRESTLING Heavyweight Champion Omega with "The 7th Deadly Sin" Vain at ringside in a Tag Team Warfare encounter. Also,in the main event at CSW,ULTIMATE WRESTLING's very own Southern Heavyweight Champion "The Golden One" Aaron Idol;whom is currently the CSW United States Champion, will be taking on CSW World Heavyweight Champion Mike Metal in a champion versus champion,title-for-title unification match where the winner will become the Undisputed CSW Unified World Heavyweight Champion. Plus,"Brutal" Joe Gibson makes his return to CSW,but who knows what he is going to do when he arrives at "The House Of Hardcore"? I encourage everybody along the Gulf Coast area to please make your plans to be at the Community Center in Mossy Head,FL as Culture Shock Wrestling presents "Unified" this Saturday night at 8 PM. |
