Titles and contracts were defended on that fateful night. Titles and friendships were also lost. The path to "Milestone III" on April 3rd is quickly approaching and champions, as well as contenders, are being solidified. Thanks again to everyone who made “Total Carnage” a very successful and memorable event! --------------------------------------- “The Master of Devastation” Cameron Frost has a very impressive list of names on his Ultimate Wrestling Championship defense list. Frost pinned “Brutal” Joe Gibson in a fantastic defense at the beginning of the year. Frost was then able to pin “BTY” Colby Godwin after a series of brutal strikes in Milton, Florida. In the main event of “Total Carnage”, Cameron Frost beat “The Ultimate Legend” Bobby Doll with a high angle moonsault. As Frost was celebrating in the ring holding his Ultimate Wrestling Championship belt up high, Deathrow stormed to the ring holding his Royal Four Contract. Frost immediately dropped his belt, got his base and went into a defensive stance. Deathrow told Frost not to worry, that he wouldn’t “cash in” at “Total Carnage”. He also warned he couldn’t be trusted. Instead of challenging for the belt on March 6th like he originally said he would, Deathrow announced he would challenge for Frost’s Ultimate Wrestling Championship on February 20th in Milton! News and Rumors is officially announcing “The Master of Devastation” Cameron Frost VS Deathrow for the Ultimate Wrestling Championship at "[u[Misery[/u] in Milton, Florida! Will Frost add Deathrow to the impressive list of successful defenses or will Frost be a victim of Deathrow’s path of destruction to "Milestone III" on April 3rd? --------------------------------------- 10 Months. That’s how long “The Feature” Carlos D’Angelo has been defending the Ultimate Wrestling X-Factor Championship. “Mr. Electricity” Jerry Reiner originally brought the title into Ultimate Wrestling as the Southern Heavyweight Title when he left DSPW as their Heavyweight Champion. Jerry had recently won it from Mikey Webb, who had beaten OMEGA for it. Many great Ultimate Wrestling athletes have held the title. Rikki “The Rocket” Roberts, Aaron Idol and Joe Gibson all proudly wore the Southern Heavyweight Title. Cameron Frost beat Joe Gibson for the belt and renamed the title The X-Factor title. “Wrestling Royalty” Nate Crown won the X-Factor title in a Multi-Man-Match, but Carlos D’Angelo was able to win the belt after only one successful defense by Crown. After a long, hard road, D’Angelo was finally defeated in a singles match for the first time in nearly a year. His former friend and road companion, “The Canadian Superstar” Aeon Flexx, successfully defeated Carlos after two Elevator DDTs and a sharpshooter. Some say that Carlos D’Angelo was knocked out after the 2nd Elevator DDT and that Flexx locked on the submission hold as a way to humble “The Feature”. Carlos was checked by doctors backstage and will not miss anytime, but was a bit glassy eyed and was not able to drive himself back to Mobile. Carlos has not exercised his rematch for Milton, but Flexx has said that he will be defending his X- Factor belt in Milton on February 20th. --------------------------------------- The Ultimate Wrestling Tag Team Champions Jerry Reiner and Justin Cruze of The INVASION, after their actions in Pensacola, are in management’s doghouse. After taking a show off, Reiner and Cruze showed up to Pensacola “injured”. Reiner has a history of knee problems, as he tore his ACL and had reconstructive surgery in 2001, so when he showed up on crutches, management took his word. The First Sons of Ultimate, TA Jones and “Pure” Doug Pitt, were under the impression they would be getting a shot at the tag team championship in Pensacola, but were thrown for a loop when White Trash was brought out as their opponents. Pitt and Jones were putting on a tag team clinic, going for their sequence of moves that usually spells wins until The INVASION ran down to the ring and jumped Jones and Pitt. Jones and Pitt won by DQ and as a result of the interference, The INVASION has been fined. Not only did they have to defend the titles in Pensacola after giving away that they weren’t injured, but they must now defend the titles on February 20th in Milton, Florida. Officially signed is The INVASION of Reiner and Cruze taking on The First Sons of Ultimate of TA Jones and Doug Pitt for the Ultimate Wrestling Tag Team Titles! --------------------------------------- Quick News and Rumors Jet Angel will be facing Maze for the Ultimate Wrestling Cruiserweight Title on February 20th in Milton FL. This is Jet Angel’s third challenge for the Cruiserweight Title. Will three be the charm for “The High Flying” Masked Serviceman? --------------------------------------- Rumor flying around is that “Brutal” Joe Gibson and “BTY” Colby Godwin will face each other in singles competition in Milton. Joe Gibson is tired of hearing how great Godwin is and wants to prove he’s better than “The Gulf Coast Blue Chipper”. --------------------------------------- Last time Johnny Rebel was in Milton, he was embarrassed by “The Ultimate Legend” Bobby Doll. Johnny Rebel was heard saying that he wasn’t finished with Doll by a long shot. --------------------------------------- Word around the Gulf Coast is that two Ultimate Wrestling Superstars are heading to the North East to be seen by the management of the third largest promotion in North America. --------------------------------------- “The Evolution” Robyn Golphin will be representing Ultimate Wrestling in the third annual Battle of the Gulf Coast held by New Heights Wrestling on Febuary 13th. Best of luck to Robyn Golphin! |
